This self-discovery tool
A neuro-informed self-assessment designed to help you identify where you are within your current process of psychological and nervous system transformation. It integrates contemporary scientific understanding with knowledge systems derived from the Native Nations of Mexico, informed by my position as a member of an Indigenous lineage, and translated into a structured framework for practical application and real-life integration.

The timeless wisdom of Native Nations is not symbolic decoration — it forms part of the structural foundation for understanding cycles, stages, and human processes through a deep and integrated perspective.

My Tool helps you clearly identify where you are today, understanding your nervous system state and emotional-cognitive patterns within a real and measurable evolutionary process.

When you recognize your where you are, you can act with greater precision — avoiding forced change and allowing coherent forward movement aligned with your internal state.

Know your path.
Move forward with clarity.

How This Work Emerged

This work did not begin as a theory. It began as a pattern I kept seeing.

For years I accompanied people through periods of deep inner change. From that position something became visible that is hard to see from inside your own opening: how many people leave a profound experience radiant, only to return months later carrying the same weight in their shoulders. They had crossed a threshold, yet had almost no way to orient themselves in what came after.

At the same time I was living another reality with the lights fully on. For years I accompanied my mother through long stretches in hospitals and intensive care. I sat in those corridors watching human vulnerability up close — anguish, uncertainty, families trying to metabolize something enormous with no real instrument to do so. Rooms designed to treat a body, not the people standing around it.

These two experiences ran in parallel. One showed me the intensity of opening. The other showed me the cost of having no structure to hold what follows.

I was raised from the age of two by my grandmother, a rural teacher who worked across communities between Puebla and Oaxaca. Through her, and through the Zapotec lineage carried by my grandfather’s family, I received early teachings about attention, rhythm, care for what is alive, and respect for process. Much of that knowledge went quiet for years. Later, through the study of nervous system regulation, trauma psychology, and the structural understanding of cycles and timing preserved in Mesoamerican traditions, it began to reorganize itself into something practical.

Most tools available today are scattered. They do not work together. They rarely offer a clear way to locate where someone actually is inside an ongoing process of change.

This assessment exists for that reason. It is not a diagnosis. It is an orientative map — a way to recognize where you are so the next movement can be coherent rather than forced.
